Your Role:
As a valued member of our team at Converse Therapy, you'll provide face-to-face therapy to children and adults. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, including both neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals, helping them reach their full potential. Whether you’re passionate about working with children, adults, or both, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We Are Offering
Annual income between $80,000 - $120,000
Annual professional development budget of $2,000
+ all the necessary supports to become a specialised in your desired area
Six weeks of paid annual leave
Travel compensation of $1.00 per kilometer
Two weeks of paid sick leave annually
Performance-based financial bonuses
Supervision based on individual needs (daily, weekly, fortnightly)
Peer mentoring and session support to build skills and confidence
Choice and control over scheduling your working week
Your Resposibilites
Actively work towards maintaining target billable hours each week.
Apply neuro-affirming practice principles to guide your sessions and goals.
Attend weekly team meetings.
Participate in professional development and supervision.
Seek support when needed.
